Alojamiento muy nuevo, limpieza impecable, desayuno mejorable

Apartamento increíble, moderno, espacioso y nuevo; desayuno bastante mejorable Positive: El apartamento es completamente nuevo y moderno. Muy cómodo, muy bonito. Incluye lavadora y secadora potentes, nevera grande, cocina completa... Muy chulo, la verdad. Pero si algo destacamos fue la atención de María José en recepción. Imposible ser más amable, profesional y agradable. Negative: En el desayuno, incluido en el precio que pagamos (que no era bufé), no te permiten pedir un café con leche. Te obligan a que sea o americano o expreso, nada más. Y de acompañamiento, pocas opciones, entre las que dulces, solo podía ser un cruasán con o sin relleno, pero tienen expuestas unas tartas y cookies que, si quieres, no te lo incluyen. En fin, detalles como esos afean bastante, la verdad. Están de obras en el edificio de enfrente y de al lado, por lo que es mejor pedir un alojamiento alejado de ellos.

No volvería Positive: La ubicación a pocas cuadras de Brickell y el downtown. El desayuno hay que retirarlo de una cafetería en la planta baja y es muy bueno. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Negative: El hotel casi no tiene servicios. En la habitación hay 3 tenedores, cuchillos y cucharas pero no hay platos y nos dijeron que debíamos comprar descartables. La vajilla es muy escasa. Cobran 3 dólares por pieza de equipaje si necesitas dejarlos a su cuidado hasta la hora de ir al aeropuerto. No hay caja de seguridad en las habitaciones ni el hotel da ese servicio. Yo no volvería.

Remove the extra fees for early check-in (if rooms are ready) and bag storage after check-out. Positive: The rooms were decent and few staffs were nice. Negative: The hotel is in a convenient location, although there was considerable construction noise during my stay. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t offer much of a view. I found the check-in and check-out policy quite unusual. In most hotels, check-in starts at 3 PM, but here it’s at 4 PM — while check-out remains at 11 AM. It doesn’t make sense to have a later check-in time without adjusting the check-out accordingly. When we arrived, the first staff member we interacted with was not very polite, but the person who came on duty an hour later was very pleasant and helpful. Typically, if rooms are ready, hotels allow guests to check in an hour or two early without additional charges. However, this hotel charges $50 for early check-in, which seems excessive. Another disappointing policy is the $3 fee for bag storage after check-out. Most hotels offer this as a complimentary service, especially for guests with evening flights. Overall, it feels like the hotel is trying to add extra charges wherever possible. I hope the management or owner reconsiders these policies, as they detract from what could otherwise be a good stay.
